First day of school is always an exciting time for parents and
children. At St.Antony's school, we help to realize parents
dream for their children. Our school provides a vast learning
environment for all children to learn and grow.
In the Prekg Program, children will be provided learning
through play and inquiry based learning. Teachers plan
learning experience for children to ensure that they are
engaged in learning and to make them feel comfortable in the
school environment.
Teachers also prepare children for their next big step,
Kindergarden
Kindergarten
In Kindergarten, the child will have opportunities to build
new skills, develop friendly bond with classmates and become
familiar with the daily activities performed in the school.
The Kindergarten program includes four parts:
Creating sense of belonging for children.
Demonstrating Learning towards English and Mathematics.
Problem Solving and Innovating and creating a sense of
inclusiveness.
These four parts aligns with the way children’s learning to
occur naturally and focus on aspects of learning that are
critical to development of Young children.
We believe Play is an essential platform for learning and that
brings about creativity in children.
Children at an young age always enjoy playing and that is the
reason all our learning acitvities involve Play based
learning.
Middle school
Middle School is a big step for children as their next step
will be transitionining to high school and await other bigger
challenges. Our school helps to prepare them for the next big
step. We continue to help children to grow along our four
parts of learning in addition to more age based learnings.
At the middle school we encourage children in different
streams of extracurricular activities. In our school there are
specific periods assigned to encourage different activities.
Parents are regularly informed on the different activities
that the children perform during their time at school.
We encourage children to take up one sports activity as part
of their middle school and help them get better at the
sport.In our school we believe sports helps in building
discipline and helps in the mental well-being of the children.
Students are also encouraged to take up reading books at this
juncture of their school life. learning.
High school
High School is the next big milestone for children as it
prepares them for important milestones in their career.
We take special care in the students at this point of their
life and help (nurture) them along their interest. As they are
promoted from one class to another in high school, education
takes a primary step but we still help children to pursue
their interest in different extracurricular activities.
We always believe children should be exposed to all aspects of
learning.
Higher secondary
Higher secondary in today's education plays an important role
in what the students will pursue further in their careers.We
help children at this step by preparing them with regular
tests and help assess them.
Special attention is paid to every child to come out passing
with flying colors.
In the past, the school has presented children with awards for
their performance and we will continue to honour all the
children who perform exceptionally
